How to Apply & Ensure a Correct Fit

Ensuring your Recovery Vizor is properly sized to your horse is essential to receiving the maximum benefits of its superior design elements.

Each order includes detailed instructions, tips and helpful reminders to properly size and fit the Recovery Vizor to your horse. Should you have any questions, we are always here to help!

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Wash with mild liquid soap, rinse well and dry with a soft cloth. Do NOT soak it in a solution or the clear Vizor will absorb the color turning it cloudy.
- The Recovery Vizor will inevitably scratch over time. How much really depends on the activity level of your horse and their environment. It is better the Vizor takes the bump & scratches then your horse’s eyes!
- Cold Weather: Temperatures below 32°F freezing may result in cracking of the Vizor. The material will stiffen in colder weather when not on your horse. Simply use a hair dryer or safely leave in the front of a heater for a couple of minutes to soften and reshape prior to putting on your horse.
- Replacement Quick-Release Clips can be purchased on our website.
Recovery Vizor Shipping
- All orders are generally shipped via United States Postal Service. Based on the size of the order, buyers will have the choice of selecting Priority Express, Priority, or First Class mail.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day.
- We ship the Recovery Vizor to the United States, Canada and Mexico only. If you live outside of these regions, please email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
- (USPS or UPS) Express Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET will be shipped the same day. NOTE: Depending on the part of the country you reside, USPS Priority Express service is 1 to 2 days. USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to all destinations for express orders.
